When young people
consider starting a business today, one of the tough things they quickly
realize - Is how Saturated the market are know matter what business
they are in. But if you faced that, don't be discouraged at all. There
is always room for you in the target market know matter what the
situation may look like.
The
one thing you need to do is to "Carve a niche" for yourself. What I
mean is: Spotting a useful area that no one else has spotted(stand out)
also it is about Targeting your product/services to a selected audience
out of the whole market you're in; that way you squeeze yourself in and
expand slowly
You
would also need to ask yourself the following questions: Who are my
Competitors? Who is their target audience and what is their business
model? What niches are they missing/not focused on?
Once
you identify a few potential niches you can start with, study those
carefully and pick the one that has the biggest need for your
service/product. I assure you in no time you would grow into the largest
possible market you hope to enter.
I
know of so many girls that want to go into clothing or have a boutique
but I have never seen one that has "Carve the Niche" one that as come
with a different strategy of entering the saturated market
It
is very easy to fail if you can't set yourself apart and get lost in
the sea of several others in the market, always keep yourself on the
ball all the time, come up with unpopular marketing ideas and don't
worry about the traffic as soon as you start out...When you have set
yourself aside, they will come pouring in.
You are lifted...
